Goose Island Beer Co & Empty Bottle present Music Frozen Dancing 2024 our 10th annual winter block party on Saturday, February 24. The event features some of the greatest artists from around the country that are bold enough to brave the unpredictably arctic elements the great city of Chicago has to offer in February. RSVP right here.

This event takes place outside the Empty Bottle (on Cortez St.) and is FREE, but we are accepting donations at the gate- with a portion of proceeds benefiting Chicago Coalition for the Homeless. 

This years lineup features a spicy mix of on-the-rise, amazing punk bands from Chicago and beyond. Recent Matador signees and hope for the future LIFEGUARD, St. Louis synth punks THE MALL, the gloriously fuzzed-out UPCHUCK from Atlanta, the Chicago art punks known as CEL RAY and the glam rock ’n’ rollers NANCY make their grand return to the stage. Hot damn. 

We’ll also have BELOVED RADIO DJs playing records and jams inside all day long.

Defying winter since 2014, Music Frozen Dancing wouldn't be possible without thousands of restless Chicagoans, a handful of incredible bands, forgiving neighbors, and countless crew members each year.
